Changed from the previous PCL-5DIII L bracket are minimal though.

I should always repeat for the record, that as all Syunwayfoto products, PCL-5DIV is precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium with high quality hard coat surface anodizing.
The PCL-5DIV L bracket is made of one piece maintaining utmost rigidity.
Like on the PC-5DIV plate, convex tips in front ans a convex edge at the back sides of the base of the L bracket prevent it from twisting.
A gap on the vertical side of the bracket permits access to the remote release cord side port without need of moving or totally removing the L bracket.
Apart from the laser engraved Sunwayfoto logo and model name at the rear side, there are two laser engraved Φ marks signifying the lens center axis both in the landscape and the portrait orientations.
Looking at the bottom of the L Bracket, the Arca Swiss® compatible dovetail is obvious. Apart from that, two threaded holes are present at both end of the dovetail to accommodate M3 safety stop screws. Further an extra 1/4"-20 tapped hole is also there for direct mounting on a pod stud without having to remove the L Bracket.
Just like previous models PCL-5DIV follows the skeleton design with convex edges. Any excess material has been removed from the L bracket, in order to minimize weight but still maintain rigidity.
There exists also a strap mount hole at one side in order to facilitate the attachment of a wrist strap.
Mounting the Bracket on the Camera
Both the side vertical plate and the base plate embrace nicely the camera body curves keeping it firm and avoid twisting.
The side view shows clearly the vertical bracket details that permit full access to the camera connectors under the rubber covers, as well as the left camera strap loop.

The package according to any decent manufacturer standards except for the PCL-5DIV L bracket, will also include all necessary screws and tools. In this case 2 x M3 safety stop screws, 1 x 1/4"-20 captive screw and 2 x Allen wrenches for the M3 and 1/4"-20 screws respectively.
