Although almost all of Hejnar Photo clamps were restyled and renovated starting November 2017, this new one comes to serve a specific demand and goes back one step of styling to the standard shape that Hejnar clamps have accustomed us all these years.
So Hejnar F562b with a 2.375" (6 cm) jaw length, was introduced to fill a gap for ball heads requiring a 3/8"-16 mounting screw like some Linhof models do.

As mentioned previously the F562b follows the old styling approach of the F62b quick release clamps maintaining the high quality characteristics as the:
- Decimal scales on both jaws
- Safety stop relief grooves 2.6 mm deep.
- Tongue in pocket design of the moving jaw guides which guaranty a long term impeccable operation by not allowing dirt and grit entering the clamp interior.
The bottom side is also different than usual, actually flat and has no other alignment holes, grooves etc than the center hole and the large hollowed parts on the front which serve only for weight elimination. In this way the uses are somewhat restricted to a few heads with specific requirements.
The F562b features the black hard-anodized, one-piece, long aluminum knob as denoted by the "b" at the end of the model name. With the diamond pattern being a point of recognition on all Hejnar QR clamps.
The F562b once more abides to the Hejnar Photo standard and is accompanied by the appropriate cap-head hex screw for mounting on ball heads or other devices and the proper size Allen key.

Arca Swiss® compatibility is a standard for Hejnar Photo products extended to this QR clamp as well regarding its clamping jaws. Hjenar Photo products work with Arca type clamps and plates from:
