The design of the new PSL-A6000R L bracket differs in many aspects from the older static Sunwayfoto brackets intended for the NEX series, as it conforms to the concept of the PSL-a7II introduced last March in the Improved Sunwayfoto Custom Modular L Bracket for SONY α7 / α7R preview, which allows for lateral movement.
Furthermore, the R at the end of the model name, denotes compatibility with the RRS® Lever Release Clamps, along with some of the other Sunwayfoto models lately.

| The base plate of the PSL-A6000R relies on a ridge that runs across its front side in order to avoid any twisting. There is an off center mounting hole with 1/4"-20 thread and a strap loop on the open end of the base plate. The mounting screw captive slot is 23 mm long in order to enable the L bracket to be moved away from the camera side for full access of the camera connectors for tethered shooting with larger plugs. |

| Much like the PSL-a7II the PSL-A6000R sports aligned base plate and vertical side plate dovetails. A fact, when combined with center Φ marks on both proves very convenient in changing orientations since no correction in framing will be needed at all. As shown above the vertical plate is attached on the base plate via a single screw, therefore can be easily removed at will using the included Allen hex key. Further the vertical plate has a safety stop screw installed on one end. |

| Furthermore, the vertical plate is thinner on the back allowing for the connector flaps to be opened while the bracket is flush to the camera side. |

| The bottom side of the base plate is hollowed out making the structure lighter. There are two M3 safety stop screws present at either end of the base plate. |
Needless to say again that the Sunwayfoto PSL-A6000R, as all Sunwayfoto products, is CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminium and then satin anodized in Black for increased corrosion resistance.
